And this is extremely important, we still don't know how many episodes Ghost Game has, could it be that we're getting 60 episodes or something like that? Perhaps a split cour of 22 episodes and then 22 episodes again after a few months?

I understand why a lot of people might be angry now, this Digimon show is a huge slow burn which is kinda a first in the franchise, I'm sure we're going to get a massive arc down the line that will set the main characters against a main villain and a common end goal eventually.

I don't mind a slow burn but this series is really pushing it. It feels like they don't know what to do with the show. They are going for the darker undertones for a more mature audience but at the same time doing a child show like SUPER slow episodic pacing.

It really needs some more plot progression as interest is quickly fading and I know I'm not the only one that feels that way.

Yeah, I feel you to some extend, I don't mind the slow burn as well but... we're getting to the point in which we need actual plot.

And when that time comes koei might fuked up again by introducing us to half assed developed villains just like the adventure reboot smh.

Pretty weak episode in terms of writing, at least Gammamon is cute and awesome

I just only now noticed that Gammamon has 3 dna strands whirling when he evolves while the other 2 only have 1, which matches their (normal) evolution paths (at least, in this series)

Notice that orignally it's just Betel's red strand, each time he gets a new evo, a new strand gets added

I thought it was like that from the start, which would mean we could potentially predict how many different evolutions they have, but if it changed with new evolutions then that idea is busted ^^;

So next week it’s blackbirdramon I wonder if their making the black digimon the main villian since gulusgammamon was the first official black digimon that felt like one of the main baddies also including that impmon that was in the episode Scribble but they haven’t really showed him since that episode so I’m not majoring him as a main baddies yet also I’m honestly waiting to see that black agumon again since he was revealed when gulusgammamon debuted and maybe soon they’ll show a black gabumon 2 I hope
